Incorrect patchset to Upgrade Oracle 9.1 to 11gR2

We have Oracle DB 9.1 installed in our test environment on AIX 6.1 and need to upgrade to 11gR2.  To enable that, as a pre requisite, I understand that we need to deploy patchset 9.2.0.8.  We have the patchset for AIX 5.3, however as we are on AIX6.1, the upgrade will not work. 
Could you confirm we have these step correct please and the correct course of action.

I have been trying to find the 9.2.0.8 patchset for AIX6.1 to download but cannot find... I assume therefore that I need to request the Media but could you confirm that is the case please.  Problem is, that we need it as soon as possible as our testing has stopped because we thought we had the patchset already.
