Optional Life Insurance Child Only Issue
Hi Gurus,
This is wrt to Optical Life Insurance Plan where I have configured three options:
- Employee Only
- Spouse Only
- Child Only
I have configured my coverage set up as "Enter at Enrollment" and subsequently rates.
The requirement is that max coverage for one child is $10,000. Please find the below requirement as what i got from the client:
Example - If an employee has 5 children, then they have to select coverage of same amount for all the children (say, he can select $2500 coverage for each child = total $12500 OR
Say $5,000 for each child, so total $25,000 for all the 5 children. It cannot be combination of both E.g., 2 children covered for 2,500 each and remaining 3 in $5,000 each)
