Repeated [Restarting dead background process QMN0] every 5 minutes in Alert Log

Hi All,
My Oracle Support [ID 839527.1] suggested I post my question in this Forum. [395137.1] is a close match as my database is not open but this is a Standby database.
Oracle9i Enterprise Edition Release 9.2.0.5.0 - 64bit Production
With the Partitioning, OLAP and Oracle Data Mining options
JServer Release 9.2.0.5.0 - Production
SQL> SELECT name, open_mode, database_role
2 FROm v$database;
