TNS-12535: TNS:operation timed out

Hi!i am seeing the following tns error on alert log on  Oracle RAC 11.2.0.3 db on IBM-AIX 7.1 though we have set the following parameters on

 

Listener.ora

 

INBOUND_CONNECT_TIMEOUT_LISTENER=0

INBOUND_CONNECT_TIMEOUT_LISTENER_SCAN1=0

INBOUND_CONNECT_TIMEOUT_LISTENER_SCAN2=0

INBOUND_CONNECT_TIMEOUT_LISTENER_SCAN3=0

 

Sqlnet.ora

 

SQLNET.INBOUND_CONNECT_TIMEOUT=0

SQLNET.EXPIRE_TIME=10

 

Please assist.

 

Fatal NI connect error 12170.
