Where does the diferent "Base" and "Instance directories" for the upgraded 12c Enterprise Manager wi

Hi experts.
I have enterprise Manager 11g now.
We will be upgrading to 12c.  The following are my current directories, but I need to answer the different "base and "Instance directories" that the upgrade installation will ask me for.  I need this answer:
