delete item from p4101

hello,

i try to delete an item from p4101 but i get an error i made sure that all the following is empty:

Item Base Price (F4106)
Lot Master (F4108)
Sales Order Detail (F4211)
Item Location (F41021)
Purchase Order Detail (F4311)
Supplier Price/Catalog (F41061)
Supplier/ Item Relationship (F43090)
Purchase Order Receipt Routing (F43092)
Item Cross Reference (F4104)
Bill of Material Master (F3002)
Routing Master (F3003)
Average Cost Workfile (F41051)
Cost Components (F30026)
ECO Parts List Detail (F3013)
Assembly Inclusion Rules (F3293)
Forecast File (F3460)
all the previous tables are empty for my item. the error id0286 and the error details are
