Upgrade R12 : some concurrent job error-ed after upgrade to r12

Hi,

After completing of  the upgrade process from 11i to R12
some concurrent job error-ed  because the APPLPTMP parameter  was not set correctly.
All concurrent job which use the APPLPTMP faild.
Many of these concurrent programs are submitted by the upgrade driver of R12.
And has to run as part of upgrade process competition.
we need your help how it can be re-run again.
