Project & Task coulumn Value needs to remove from Shiiping trasnaction form

Dear Gurus,

We have a issue , where business created order using copy command with Project and Task details and during copy the order he changed the order type from X to Y.And then booked the order.
After booking the line Moved to Awaiting status and later user has removed the Project & teask details from the Order line.However the line details were transafered to shipping transaction for the pick release process in the shipping trasaction form the order lines are showing up the Project & task details.

Now business want to remove the project & task details from shipping transaction form to perform pick release process for progress the order towards shipping.
