Hi,
I have found this note :
Oracle Support Document 1147788.1 (R12: Create Intercompany AP Invoices Concurrent Program (INCIAP) Will Fail With Error "ORA-00001: unique constraint (AP.AP_INVOICES_INTERFACE_U1) violated")  to resolve this issue.
When applying the patch  Patch 9206876:R12.ZX.A i got this error :
