One invalid after upgrade to 12.1.3 MSC_CL_PULL

Package body script is MSCCLFAB.pls 120.35.12010000.12.
There are newer versions available, but the MSC patches that contain a higher value are quite large, 2GB and up.
Customer does not want to apply such large patches to fix one invalid object.
No further errors are noted.
