Calculate price flag issue in Order Line

Dear Gurus,

Need your help on this issue.

We have a issue where ,when we create the sales order line the calculate price flag is defaulting to "Partial Price" which is correct but  if we perform the change on UOM the system automatically updating the calculate price flag to "Calculate Price" which is wrong. Even after change the UOM the calculate price flag should remain Partial Price only.

Could some body help me is this above issue is standard functionality or any profile option is handle this for update the calculate price flag on line.
