Advice on replacing VNC

in Oracle Solaris System Administration (MOSC) Question
Hello,I'm looking to replace VNC on our servers. VNC is not secure. I was wondering what you may use. We have Windows PCs and conect to our Solaris 10 servers via  VNC. Mostly we contect to one Server and then ssh to the other Servers. What do recomend for a replacement? We need to be able to disconect from our session and still have our same session when we reconnect.

Any help would be great.
