PLEASE HELP! Application P4210 gets stuck after installation of full package

Please help.

After the installation of a Full Package the P4210 application gets stuck. then the system displays the message: transaction error, transaction was cancelled.

I made a copy of P4210 into a 55 custom application and run it, the application has no problem.

How can I restore the specs for this app since its original?

Do I need to make a project and deploy it?

please help
