Can’t upload revised budgets to GL.

We are running EBS 11.5.10.2 with ADI 7.1 and we are trying to upload our revised budgets to GL for the new fiscal year 2013. My accounting department defined a new budget organization, Open the new budget year and tried to upload our budget information using our spreadsheet software (ADI). The Excel budget file was created using last year’s budget organization for 2012. We saved the file as our new budget template and entered the account data for the new fiscal year. When we tried to upload the new budget to GL the concurrent request called “GLDI - Budget Import
