MATRIX report and rows and column are dynamic

 Hello,
We are creating matrix report through BI publisher.The following report as follows

Account    Total current period   Jan 2013           Feb2013        Mar2013   Total previous period  Jan2012   FEB2012    MAR2012
1000
1001

Here you can see the CURRENT PERIODS and PREVIOUS periods in column are dynamic and also rows accounts are dynamics.So its mean column and rows both are dynamic in matrix report.Is it possible to create report from BI publisher in GL ?
