R12: Auto Renew Contracts for customers on credit hold

Hi, We are R 12.1.2  and in service contracts we are noticing an issue when contract auto renewed if customer is on credit hold the contract will go to an entered status instead of signed status.
The users will then have to manually active contracts.
Do you know how we can fix this issue? We would like for the contract to go to signed status.
