NEW PeopleSoft Expenses Common Errors Search Helper [1534310.1]

 We are happy to announce the publication of our 1st Search Helper: Expenses Common Errors [ Note 1534310.1 ].


Search Helpers (aka Guided Resolutions) are knowledge resources created to help our customers find a resolution to an issue by guiding them from the problem, through the possible scenarios and symptoms, to the proposed solution(s), within a structured framework.

The new launch will cover 5 scenarios of common errors:
  1. Unique Constraint
  2. First Operand of . Is Null
  3. Page Data is Inconsistent with Database
  4. SetID Not Found for Name
  5. Data Being Added Conflicts with Existing
Here is a real-life scenario example:
  1. Customer has a problem related to a ‘common error’
