R12 multi node cloning

Hi,

We are running 2 nodes R12 apps tiers on SUSE Linux 10 64 bit, now we want to migrate apps tier on 2 new servers having OEL 5.8 64 bit, so in short we want to do multi node to multi node cloning with shared appl_top, common_top and tech stack file system, the new filesystem is on OCFS2. Please advise or provide notes.
