Kit processing in Om. for kit assembly outside.

Hi,We had another business workflow where
Kit elements send to Kit assembler to assemble the kit.
Then Kit assembler send kit item to business.
Business sale the Kit item to Customer.

We dont want to use WIP.

The challenge what i found is
1. How to send the Kit element to assembler ? [ What oracle process we need to use] [ Kit element inventory also need to reduce when we send it to kit assembler ]
2. How to receive the Kit item from assembler ? [ Kit item needs to be in inventory ]
3. How to sale the kit item to Customer. ?
