How to generate the COGS events for upgraded invoices.

Hi,
Would you please help me on, how to generate the COGS events for upgraded invoices?

We have some AR invoices, which were upgraded from 11i to R12.I hope revenue has been recognized for those invoice.But When am trying to run the cost collection programs and generate cogs events, system is not creating any COGS events for upgraded invoices.

Kindly help me on this issue and suggest any workaround.
