Patching 10.2.0.5 Data Guard Rac Enviroment

Hi all,
We have a 3 nodes RAC Enviroment runnning on power platform ppc64 using Red Hat Enterprise Linux 4, with ASM as physical primary database with a 2 node RAC Enviroment running on power platform ppc64 on Red Hat 4 also with ASM.
We would like to apply a CPU patch 14727319 10.2.0.5.10. No other CPU 10.2.0.5.x patch was applied before, either on db_home or asm_home.
There are a few questions that we have.
- is IBM: Linux on Power System the correct platform ?
- do we also have to apply patch on asm_home also ? or just the db_home
- is it ok to apply first this patch, considering that it should include the rest of the CPU patches, or we need to apply other patches first considering that no other CPU 10.2.0.5.x was applied before ?
