Receiving in iprocurement

Hello,
I'm using iprocurement in 12.1.3 and I use it to create requisitions and PO but when I try to use that responsability to receiving PO is not possible only requisitions.

In procurement responsability is only possible to receive requisitions?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
