Need more Work Order status

hi,

I need to add more work order status. By default i can only see draft, unreleased, released, on hold. how can i add more WO status? And can i remove current status? Is this personlisation? if so how can i do it? can you refer to me some documents if any.

i did try to search if any look ups can help but they didnt.
