Conflict 8202632 and 8350262 ?

Hallo,

i have applied Patch 8350262 to my Oracle database 10g (10.2.0.4) because i have problem with OEM (oracle Enterprise Manager) doesn't works (Services error and webseite no found ), now i want to apply the Patch 8202632 (Release 10.2.0.5) and my question is if will i have confict with this new patch? another question for support Oracle for the Upgrade how could contact someone?
