Requisition not importing

Hi,

I am trying to perform minmax planning for which i have made all setups and min max report giving me re-order quantity as well. But when Iam running Requisition Import from Purchasing Application it is giving an output "No requisitions were created
Number of interface lines in error = 1" .. Please Suggest where Iam wrong and a work around to solve the issue
