WLSEE pack needed to zoom in on host

Hi,
I am currently setting up a OEM 12c environment.
Since it is not the first time I am setting up OEM 12c I am already used to 'not completely working' functionality. 

I have logged an SR about problems with Linux patching, but than realized that I experienced, what seems to be,  related issue.

My simple question:
When I disable all pack acces, enable the 'show management pack information'  and go to the hosts page, it shows me that I need the WLSEE pack to zoom in via clicking the (green) arrow.

Since the host management is part of 12c (and to be sure,  I have a valid ULN csi), I do not understand why i need that pack.
