Create request group

Hello ,

I am trying to create multiple request groups and was wondering if there is any Oracle API that can be used to create request groups from backend. As there are lot of request groups that needs to be created I am looking for ways to do it instead of creating each of them manually.

Any help is greatly appreciated.
