PAY: Balance dimension - What does _PER_TD_CPE_STAT_PTD Mean ?

Hi,  can anybody help interpret what this balance dimension name means ?

For PAYE balance, has a balance dimension of _PER_TD_CPE_PTD,    I think _PER is person, TD is tax district, CPE  - Dont know what this means and _PTD period to date

Even some hints as to where to look to find out would be helpful.
