Error Discovering E-Business Suite R12 instance in Cloud Control 12c

I have the following error trying to discover a EBS R12 instance:
Discover of EBS Application Target fails with error:

ava.lang.IllegalArgumentException: agentId == null
oracle.apps.fnd.oam.em.util.job.CommandException
Caused By: oracle.apps.fnd.oam.em.sdk.targetData.discovery.AppsDiscoveryException: Error while attempting to discover EBS on : DESA( oracle_database ) using schema: apps

Caused By: java.lang.IllegalArgumentException: agentId == null

I have checked these notes without succes:
Discovery of EBusiness Suite Fails With "java.lang.IllegalArgumentException: agentId == null" (Doc ID 1485574.1)
Prevalidation Test Fails With "Agent Not Installed", Discovery May Fail With "agentId == null" (Doc ID 1492816.1)

Do you know any other posible solution?
