Incomplete/missing data in XML file

I am having a strange issue. The xml generated in Ebusiness suite contains missing data. When I generate an xml file using a desktop tool like below


the xml generates fine.I have checked the sql and that is fine.I checked the opp log and found no errors. Please help with how I can troubleshoot this further.
