Clarification about the TAF

Hi gurus,

Environment details:

RHEL: 5.9

Oracle GI and Database: 11.2.0.3.

2 node rac cluster.

I need a clarification about the TAF (Transparent application Failover) in Oracle  RAC. Do I need to add the TAF parameter settings in the tnasnames.ora of every node or just client needs to add in their server (application server)?
