Is it possible to change the storclas of an individual MVC

Hello Community,

We are users of v6.2 HSC/SMC/VTCS/VSM/EXLM and use their utilities to help vault mvcs offsite.  Our tape management is RMM.

There are a handful (23) mvcs that vtcs shows with the storclas/owner of OFFSITE, indicating they should be at our offsite facility, but are in fact here in our VSM silo and they should be here onsite (the data on these are obsolete).    I'd like to reset these 23 mvcs somehow so that these 23 can thus be re-used here onsite.

Yesterday afternoon, I tried RMM delvol  on the 23, and RMM showed them as pending-release, and I expected them to go scratch with this morning's rmm housekeeping job,
