Has Oracle EBS R 12.2 been officially released?

Has Oracle EBS R 12.2 been officially released and if so what was the release date?  We are considering moving from 12.1.2 to either 12.1.3 or 12.2 and are curious what the officical release date was for 12.2 - can't seem to find it anywhere which leads me to believe it's only in beta release?  Thanks!
