Oracle Customer Online Transaction Viewer not displaying custom views in R12

Customer Online Transaction viewer is not displaying the custom views in any of our instances.We replicated this in one of our Release 11i internal instance and it is working fine.
Not sure why this issue in R12 instances.
Do we need to set any profile options in R12?

Quick turnaround is appreciated as we are in the middle of a Conference Room Pilot.
