Employee Master Mass Change and Missing Data Items

Q - How do I add more Employee Master File Data Items to the Mass Change - Data Selection Valid Data Item Window?

A - If the Data Item is not in the Valid Data Item Window (06DI), exit and access F10 - Valid Data Items.  Select the Data Item in the Specify Future Data Fields table (P06041) you wish to use.  Specify Y to have it display as a value in the list.
