somebodies have this situation arrive and what is the reaction of the observer
server a with primary database server b with standby database. We lost server a the observer failover to server b and put the standby to primary role on server b.
2 days after the server a is started the database and listener go up do you know if the observer will be able to reinstate the old primary database on a standbby database. we are version 11.2.0.3
