11i period Depreciation does not transfer to gl after 12.1.3 upgrade

 We ran the depreciation in 11i ( not final) but does not create the JE prior to upgrade.After upgrade when we run final depreciation and transfer to GL, it does not pick up the 11i depreciation data.
Anyone faced this, what's the solution ?
