Library cache wait events

 Hi,

We are facing performance issue for our DB system. In the AWR report, i can see 

library cache lock,

DB CPU,

SQL*Net more data to client,

library cache pin,

db file sequential read 

as the top wait events.  I would request, you can get help in analyzing the Library cache wait events. To add, do excess size of shared pool can be one the reason.

Please let update, if needed more details.
