Dummy Resource Account?

Hello,

We are on R12.1.3 and require EAM Resource to be costed (so that Resource costs are attached to WO/ Asset) but the Resource Account entries should not be coming up in GL. The Maintenance staff salaries are fixed and do not depend on the costing from EAM. Is there any workaround to setup this kind of dummy Resource account (Absorption & Variance)? Or what is the best practice for this scenario?
