AR - How to retry records struck due to Auto Receipt concurrent jobs?

 Hello Champs,
We are on 12.0.6 EBS.

I have created an AR invoice. When i try creating receipts automatically using "Automatic Receipts Master Program", transaction gets error out with below error messages in AR_AUTOREC_EXCEPTIONS table:
"
1Authorization of credit card transaction failed.
2COMMUNICATION_ERROR: ECServlet security token rejected. (IBY_10019)
3
Failure in Authorization
"

This error has occurred due to incorrect value in profile "IBY: ECAPP URL". If i set this profile option to correct value and submits the same concurrent program again using the same invoice number, it does not pick up that record.

How we can retry records struck in AR_AUTOREC_EXCEPTIONS table?
