Automated email to ACH Payees

Hello All,
Several suppliers have complained that their banks are not giving them the details of ACH payments that we remit from Oracle. Can Oracle send an automated email to ACH payees listing the payment details such as individual invoice numbers and amounts as well as the total paid?

Please advise.
