Combining multiple RFQs in Sourcing into one BPA

Dear colleagues,

Does anyone know if it's possible to set up situation where we have several RFQ with the same supplier (from supplier list) for different items (e.g. items, services, etc) within particular time period (lets say one month) but not simulteniously, so all the RFQ's where particular supplier wins should be  grouped (linked) and represented by one BPA (one supplier-one BPA)? Using sourcing events is not appreciated by Customer... We considering PO open interface but we want to avoid any additional customizaton as well. Any advice are really welcome!
