listener dead response, OAM Login Issue

Hi,

Good Day.

It is single node test environment -
+ OL 5.3 (32-bit) and r12.1 Vision Demo - Single Node Installation.

we did fresh install.. and was to logon to OAM dashboard and can navigate as sysadmin but after server reboot event and service startup manually there are couple of issues we are facing now..

1. can't access OAM login page - using URL as per defined in context file (hostname_SID.xml) variable 's_login_page' -- getting error in server's browser 'INTERNAL SERVER ERROR' and unable to see login page ..
2. can't run utilities like adadmin as it stuck when trying to validate username/passwd. >- tnsping, lanrctl status commands are also get hang (prompt did'nt came back)
