BSSV Consumer Issue

Hi,
I have create a custom BSSV consumer to communicate with external system,It use to work as desired ,Lately I am getting this issue when I try to run the consumer from my fat client.I am unable to figure out what went wrong with my fat client setting which lead to this error.
