How to resolve a new issue after applied patch no. 15987900?

Hi,

does somebody exist to help me? I am looking for too long but I haven't found simple solution (e.g. one off patch). Is it only possible apply higher patchset FA.P or FA.Q? 

Current patchset is FA.O.

Description:

First, we applied patch 15987900 (cause Amortized Cost Adjustment With Backdated Amortization Start Date Wrongly Updates Cost in FA_BOOKS). After applying patch, problem was resolved. But a new one is appeared - incorrect depreciation after backdated amortized adjustment. The asset was fully reserved before transaction. Actual deprn_amount doesn't include depreciation of the previous month. Deprn_method is FLAT type. Screenshot attached.
