Workflow
I currently have the following workflow active:
Record Type - Contact
Trigger Event - Before modified record saved
Workflow Rule Condition - [<bSame_Address_as_Account_ITA
I then have all appropriate contact address fields listed as field updates. When these fields are blank in a contact detail page, the user fills out a checkbox that reads "Same Address as Account". This automatically populates the account address fields in the contact address fields.
Here is the problem - when these fields are already filled out and the contact changes accounts, clicking this checkbox and saving does not populate the new account address fields in the contact address fields. I'm assuming I need to create a new workflow. Can anyone please help me with this?
