Inital load with expdp

Hi We are planning to do golden gate with initial load as expdp using flasback_scn.

i checked in metalink and colud not find the documents for initial load with expdp and later i need to start with

"START REPLICAT <rep name>, , AFTERCSN <scn>" can any one help me with the steps . the data we are replication had LOBS as well
