Creating pikclist field and MVG in Task based UI

 Experts,                In my current application i have an Account pick  applet which is pick mapped with some created date, and state that accounts created for,  i am trying to map the same thing in the task based UI, and i dont have option to build the pick applet in a transient BC,please advice me  the best options
