S_ESCL_REq records queuing

HI

We have situation where records are queuing in s_escl_req and never being deleted.　 These appear to due to vanilla Siebel rules/triggers, but the records should not be growing in this table indefinitely.Can any one provide input to reslove the issue permantly.Regards,
