Working MOAC and Latin Localizations

Hello Everyone:

We want to understand if Latin America Localization menus can be combining with standard functionality within in Oracle Modules such as AP or AR. As an example we would like to use MOAC functionality to consolidate invoices processing within a single responsibility including adding the related localization functionality (such as combining Brazilian AP, argentine AP with payables manager using MOAC security profile)
